Daily
Bathrooms, kitchens, high-touch surfaces (door handles, lift buttons, shared devices), waste removal, front-of-house glass, and vacuuming main walkways.
Weekly
Full vacuum of all carpeted areas, mopping of hard floors, dusting of desks and workstations, internal glass, and disinfection of meeting rooms.
Monthly / Quarterly
High dusting (vents, light fittings, tops of cabinets), skirting boards, blinds, upholstery vacuuming, and rotating deep cleans of bathrooms and kitchens.
Annually
Carpet steam cleaning, external window cleaning, wall washing, and a full audit of your cleaning scope against current staff numbers.
